This oven features a stainless steel door with a dual pane window & door handle. For easy clean up, it has a 14 gauge double-sided porcelainized baking compartment. It comes with 1 rack and 3 rack spaces and will hold up to three 18″ x 26″ sheet pans. Rack supports are set at 1.25″, 3.75″ & 6″ from the bottom.
