CaterRent/Al’s Restaurant Equipment is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all our customers and workers. To ensure this we have developed the following COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our workplace requiring full cooperation among our workers, management, and customers. Only through this cooperative effort can we establish and maintain the safety and health of our workplaces.
FOR CURBSIDE Pick-Up ORDERS: All order pick-ups and returns will be done outside in front of the building when at all possible. Customers must pre-order goods or services before traveling to CaterRent/Al’s Restaurant Equipment. Our phone number is posted on the building. Please call when you arrive. We will open the overhead doors to begin assisting you to load or unload your order. Please maintain at least six feet of distance from others during loading and unloading of equipment. Contactless payment and contract signatures will be used whenever possible.
CURRENT CURBSIDE PICK-UP HOURS: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 3:00PM
CURRENT DROP OFF HOURS: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – NOON
FOR VISITORS TO OUR BUILDING: If you set an appointment to see one of our staff, please call upon arrival and we will page the person with whom you have an appointment. All visitors who come inside the facility are asked to comply with the Minnesota Governor’s Executive Order and wear a face mask or cloth covering. Hand washing prior to entering the facility or the use of hand sanitizer is strongly encouraged. Upon entering the building, all guests may have their temperature taken. Please maintain six feet of distance between CaterRent/Al’s Restaurant Equipment employees and customers. All are encouraged not to gather in groups in confined areas.
Employees are sanitizing high-touch surfaces at a minimum of twice per day, but more often as traffic increases.
FOR DELIVERY/PICK UP: Timing of delivery and pick up must be pre-arranged and arrival at the delivery or pick up location should be communicated through voice, text, or email messaging. Allow for at least six feet of distance between CaterRent/Al’s Restaurant Equipment employee and customer. Contactless payment and order signatures will be used whenever possible.
