This oven features dependent stainless steel doors with dual pane windows and a single door handle.
This oven features electronic ignition and interior lights for convenience!

For easy clean up the ovens have a 14 gauge double-sided porcelainized baking compartment.
The manual temperature dial controls the temperature range from 200 – 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

This oven REQUIRES two 220 Volt 3 Phase 30 Amp dedicated circuits, 1 for each oven deck!
This oven will need to be hard wired (NO PLUGS)!

This oven comes with 4 shelves and 11 rack spaces and will also holdup to 5 18″ x 26″ sheet pans per oven deck.

Cleaning charges apply if equipment is returned dirty.

This unit is W 38 1/4″ x D 36 7/8″ x H 70 5/8″ and weighs 1,000 pounds

Delivery is REQUIRED due to the delicate nature of this equipment.
