This oven features dependent stainless steel doors with a dual pane window and a single door handle. It also has an electronic ignition and interior lights for convenience! For easy clean up the ovens have a 14 gauge double-sided porcelainized baking compartment. The manual temperature dial controls the temperature range from 200 – 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven has 5 shelves and 11 rack spaces and will also hold up to five 18″ x 26″ sheet pans. On rolling casters.
