These ovens feature dependent stainless steel doors with a dual pane window and a single door handle.
This oven features electronic ignition and interior lights for convenience!
For easy clean up the ovens have a 14 gauge double-sided porcelainized baking compartment. The manual temperature dial controls the temperature range from 200 – 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
This oven REQUIRES a 220 Volt 3 Phase 30 Amp dedicated circuit!
This oven will need to be hard wired (NO PLUGS)!
This oven has 5 shelves and 11 rack spaces and will also holdup to 5 18″ x 26″ sheet pans. <b Cleaning charges apply if equipment is returned dirty.
This unit is 38″D X 38″W. It weighs 550 – 600 lbs and is on rolling casters.
