The Frymaster electric floor fryer boasts self-standing, swing-up elements and a center-mounted thermostat. This floor fryer features a forward sloping bottom that pushes the sediment to a 1 1/4″ IPS-ball type drain valve for quick and efficient cleanup.
This unit REQUIRES a 220 Volt 3 Phase 50 Amp dedicated circuit! Cleaning charges apply if equipment is returned dirty.
