Cookie Oven (Tabletop, Convection)
This commercial-grade compact convection oven is designed for baking cookies. It has a high speed fan for even air distribution which works to bake cookies evenly every time. Cooking temperatures range from 100°F – 350°F. The removable door and sliding racks make cleaning the oven easy. 3 Cookie sheets measuring 11.5″W X 13″D are included with the rental. Each sheet will hold 9-12 cookies, depening on the size of the cookies. There is approximately 2″ between shelves.
This oven REQUIRES a 120 Volt 20 Amp dedicated circuit!
