Cookie Oven (Tabletop, Convection)
This commercial-grade compact convection oven is designed for baking cookies. Designed to heat and recirculate air which works to bake cookies evenly every time.
3 Cookie sheet trays are included with the rental. The sheet trays measure 11.5″ W X 13″ D, there is approximately 2″ between shelves.
This oven comes with a high speed fan for even air distribution. This oven can cook at temperatures ranging from 100°F – 350°F.
This oven REQUIRES a 120 Volt 20 Amp dedicated circuit!
This oven is finished in stainless steel so it looks spectactular!

Cleaning this oven is made easy with the removable door and sliding racks.
The oven capacity is 1 oz. cookie puck = 12 per tray, or 1.5 oz. cookie puck = 9 per tray.
