Cookie Oven (Tabletop, Convection)
This commercial-grade compact convection oven is designed for baking cookies. It comes with a high speed fan for even air distribution which works to bake cookies evenly every time. It can cook at temperatures ranging from 100°F – 350°F. Cleaning this oven is made easy with the removable door and sliding racks. 3 Cookie sheet trays are included with the rental. The sheet trays measure 11.5″ W X 13″ D; there is approximately 2″ between shelves. The oven capacity is 1 oz. cookie puck = 12 per tray, or 1.5 oz. cookie puck = 9 per tray.
This oven REQUIRES a 120 Volt 20 Amp dedicated circuit!
