Dry Ice (for Ice Cream Carts)
Dry Ice, 50 lbs. sliced and bagged.
Instructions for Using Dry Ice:
Dry Ice is extremely Cold (-109.5F) and may cause severe burns in contact with skin.
1. Handle with gloves
2. Use dry ice for frozen foods; non-frozen foods like milk are likely to freeze in a short time period.
3. Advise children that dry ice is NOT edible, and keep them away from the dry ice if possible.
4. Roll down your car window when traveling with a cooler containing dry ice to prevent overexposure to carbon dioxide.
Instructions for Keeping Products Frozen:
When SCOOPING Ice Cream or SERVING Novelties:
1. Place ice cream containers at bottom of cart. Containers may be stacked.
2. Place wrapped Dry Ice around sides of ice cream containers. NOT ON TOP.
Placing Dry Ice on top of containers will make ice cream too hard to scoop.
When STORING Ice Cream & Ice Cream Novelties:
1. Place ice cream containers at bottom of cart. Containers may be stacked.
2. Place wrapped Dry Ice directly on top of the frozen product.
3. Open the freezer as little as possible to extend the life of the Dry Ice.
