Perfect for gyros, shawarmas, tacos al pastor, and doner kebabs, this vertical electric broiler is a great addition for any event thats serving lamb, goat, chicken, turkey, or beef! This broiler uses controlled heating elements to evenly warm up to 65 lb. of meat, keeping the inside juicy and tender while the outside gently crisps. While the maximum capacity of this vertical broiler is 65 lb., we recommended cooking between 10 to 45 lb for best results. It also features adjustable heat shields to allow for faster cooking. This rental also comes with a gyro pan for when you’re carving meat at the equipment.
