2 Well steam table or 2 well salad bar on one end and 18″ x 36″ hot shelf on the other end. Both ends partialy enclosed by breath guards on the front, side & top.
Keeps pizza hot at any gathering or create a magnificent display of various foods and other hors d’ouvres at your event while keeping them hot with this heated shelf! The breath guards keep your food safe from the guest side. This buffet was done with MN Vikings new stadium in mind so the countertop has purple flecks in it as seen in the last picture. There are 6 large casters to move this buffet around on a flat level surface.
Electrical requirements: 240V single phase 30 Amp & Plug is 14-30P DEDICATED circuit REQUIRED (Has 4 20 amp outlets)
Capacity: 2 full size food pans, 5 gallon fresh water and 5 gallon waste water (for steam table) & 18″ x 36″ hot shelf
Dimensions: 120 1/2″ long counter top, base is 105″ long, 34 1/2″ deep & 63″ high. Steam table/Salad bar is 21 3/4″ x 27 1/4″ x 8 1/2″ deep. 2 stainless steel shelves under hot shelf are 27″ x 29″ and adjustable. Middle area is 29″ x 28 1/2″ w/ 2 20 amp outlets
