This oven features dependent stainless steel doors with dual pane windows and a single door handle. This oven features electronic ignition and interior lights for convenience!
For easy clean up the ovens have a 14 gauge double-sided porcelainized baking compartment. The manual temperature dial controls the temperature range from 200 – 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
This oven REQUIRES a 120 Volt 15 Amp dedicated circuit! This oven REQUIRES 50,000 BTU’s of propane.
This oven comes with 5 shelves and 11 rack spaces and will also holdup to 5 18″ x 26″ sheet pans. Also comes with hose & regulator.
This unit is 38″D X 40″W. It weighs 550 – 600 lbs and is on rolling casters.
