Whether you want to simmer, sauté, stir-fry, steam, boil, or deep fry our Big John utility stove will do it and more. A large 10″ diameter, low pressure, triple ring burner can be adjusted from 2,000 BTUs – 60,000 BTUs using the three control valves. This utility stove features a 10″ triple ring burner made of cast iron and a painted steel frame that can be operated on a table-top or freestanding.
