The E-Z Way roaster is NOT a grill. It has been designed as a slow roasting smoker. This is the perfect pig roaster or lamb roaster. 10 Sq Ft roasting area. Approximate pig roasting times: 300 lb pig = 9 – 12 hrs; 200 lb pig = 7 – 9 hrs.
