These ovens feature dependent stainless steel doors with dual pane windows and a single door handle. This oven features electronic ignition and interior lights for convenience!
For easy clean up the ovens have a 14 gauge double-sided porcelainized baking compartment. The manual temperature dial controls the temperature range from 200 – 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
This oven REQUIRES a 120 Volt 20 Amp. dedicated circuit!
These ovens REQUIRE 100,000 BTU’s of propane, that’s 50,000 BTU’s per oven.
This oven comes with 4 shelves and 11 rack spaces per deck and will also holdup to 5 18″ x 26″ sheet pans. <b Cleaning charges apply if equipment is returned dirty.
This unit is 38″D X 40″W. It weighs 1100 – 1200 lbs, comes with hose & regulator and is on rolling casters.
