Ice Cream Dipping Freezer
This 2.7 cu. ft dipping freezer holds ice cream at scooping temperature. It has a stainless steel insulated shelf with a sliding lid design and casters to make it easy to move around on any hard surface. It works best with 5 quart pails of ice cream. It also has a shelf on the top to hold blenders to make blizzard-style treats. NSF rated.
It can not be used to store ice cream for long durations. Do not load ice cream into the freezer more than two hours prior to serving time.

Freezer must to be transported in the upright position.
